About Cosa Mirai

What began in 2017 is now Cosa Mirai: a company that has since specialized in acquiring and carefully managing commercial and office properties. To further strengthen and strategically expand its activities, Cosa Mirai Homes AG was also founded in 2025. This new entity is focused exclusively on residential properties, optimally complementing the existing real estate portfolio.

Both companies are 100% owned by the Müller-Bodmer family.

The majority of our properties are located in the city of Zurich, with selected sites in the cantons of Zürich, Aargau, and Zug.

We concentrate on properties with development potential and deliberately focus on enhancing existing buildings, whether through careful renovation, contemporary conversion, or comprehensive modernization.
The headquarters of both companies is located in Baar, canton of Zug.
